Our Master Chef:  Charles Xu 

Chef Charles Xu, co-founder of Noodle Master, brings a wealth of experience and international acclaim to the kitchen. A graduate of Dalian Culinary Professional College, Charles's journey has been marked by prestigious positions in renowned establishments like Shangri-La Hotel since 1997 and Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort. His achievement in securing third place at the World Cantonese Cuisine Championship in Hong Kong in 2017 is a testament to his culinary prowess. At Noodle Master, Charles's expertise in Chinese cuisine and innovative kitchen operations have been pivotal in creating a menu that's not only authentic but also a culinary adventure for the patrons.

CEO:  Yanan Li

Yanan Li's journey in Finland's culinary landscape has been marked by passion and perseverance. Having lived in Finland for over a decade, Yanan's expertise in Chinese cuisine and understanding of the Finnish market have been instrumental in Noodle Master's success. Her previous experience in running large Chinese restaurants in Helsinki provided her with the insights needed to navigate the challenges of the pandemic. Yanan's leadership and innovative approach have not only kept Noodle Master afloat but also made it a beloved spot for authentic Chinese cuisine.

In June 2020, during the global pandemic, the Noodle Master emerged as a symbol of hope and creativity within the struggling restaurant industry. Founded by Li Yanan and Charles Xu, individuals deeply versed in both Finnish culinary trends and the art of Chinese cooking, the Noodle Master was conceived as a response to changing market demands, with a focus on the growing appetite for authentic Chinese noodles and food restaurant in Helsinki, Espoo, and Tampere.

 

In contrast to the widespread all-you-can-eat buffets, the Noodle Master introduced a fresh concept: genuine Chinese noodles and food crafted with care and precision. This culinary venture quickly became known for its cultural richness and excellent food, offering customers an authentic taste of Chinese culinary traditions.

 

Distinguishing itself with its commitment to authenticity, the Noodle Master has expanded its reach to Helsinki, Espoo, and Tampere, where it has received praise for its innovative approach and widespread popularity. True to our promise, each dish is meticulously prepared on-site using traditional spices, ensuring an unmatched dining experience that captures the essence of Chinese noodles and food.
